The Philosophy of Enter

Abstract
This introduction opens a collection of ten texts that state, define or develop the Enter calculus and its philosophy. The calculus is a strictly linear quantum lambda calculus. Its measurement primitive, Enter, is destructive computational-basis readout: it consumes the measured quantum names and returns a classical record. The philosophy, set out in the essay The Philosophy of Enter, keeps four separations. Destructive readout is not quantum recovery. A classical record is not a quantum-return decoder. A channel is not a thermal machine. An analog is not an identification. We describe where Enter comes from and what it commits to. We then show how its strands relate: the observation boundary, spacetime Enter, the Shredder interface, dynamic spacetime Enter, and the later finite-interface sheets. A reading guide in book order follows, and the last section lists what stays open. Throughout, we quote or closely paraphrase the texts and cite them by identifier.
